Hi, I'm Pauline. What I love most isn't simply taking photographs. It's meeting people, discovering their stories, and preserving the quiet, meaningful moments that often go unnoticed. My approach is gentle, relaxed, and deeply human. I'll guide you when needed, but I'll never ask you to perform. The most beautiful photographs are the ones that happen naturally.
After spending ten years living and working in Boston, Massachusetts, and becoming a mother to two wonderful daughters, I traded snowy winters and colorful autumns for the warmth, light, and slower pace of life in Guadeloupe, where I founded La Petite Loverie Photography.
To me, photography is more than beautiful images. It's a way of holding onto the moments that pass too quickly: the laughter, the embraces, the tiny details, the love woven into everyday life. Every click of the shutter is simply the beginning. What truly matters is what you'll feel when you look back at these photographs years from now.

Almost nobody is, and that's normal. There are no stiff poses here. I guide you just enough, we walk, we talk, we laugh. Most people forget the camera is there after ten minutes. Come as you are, that's all.
Clothes matter more than you'd think in the final images. Aim for something soft and timeless. Go for natural tones (off-white, beige, cream, terracotta, brown, olive, khaki, linen, sand, light denim, caramel, taupe). Avoid neon or flashy colors, visible logos, busy patterns and hard contrasts.
Each kind of session has its own page, with how it goes, where we shoot and its own questions: maternity, newborn, family, couples. If you're visiting the island, look at the vacation session instead. Still torn? Write to me and we'll work it out.

We make it official
I'll send you all the details in one simple recap: your package, the date, the location, and the booking information. Once your booking fee is paid, your session is officially reserved. From there, you can simply enjoy the anticipation.
We meet
On the day of your session, we'll take a few moments to settle in and get to know each other. I'll gently guide you whenever needed, then let the moments unfold naturally. Within 2 to 3 weeks, your private online gallery will be ready, so you can relive every smile, every embrace, and every little moment.
